Missoni

multifärgad

Very rare resort/lounge coordinating set in lightweight terrycloth by Missoni Prima linea. Vintage from the very early '80s, produced in Italy by the historic manufacturer T&J Vector (official licensee of the Missoni Home and lounge/beachwear line in the 80s-90s). A true archive piece that anticipates the modern concept of luxury athleisure. The set consists of two pieces made in a vibrant psychedelic multicolour floral print on a black background. The top has long sleeves, a hood, and a front kangaroo pocket. The matching trousers have a fluid line, with a flared bottom. They feature two diagonal pockets, an adjustable drawstring waist, a zip, and a button on which the brand's name is engraved. The rectangular orange label with Missoni written in black is present, as well as the T&J Vestor partnership label, and the size and composition label. The fabric is a fine, light, and summery terrycloth, in 50% cotton and 50% modal, of premium quality, superior to standard terrycloths. In fact, the fabric is still quite soft and pleasant, despite the passage of time. This is an unobtainable collector's set, perfect for being worn on a yacht or in an exclusive resort, or to be collected. In good condition because the tape inside the drawstring is missing (easily replaceable with a new one) and due to the presence of a couple of pulled threads, barely perceptible.
